Good News!

Since the beginning of 2005 we have been using the Ambassador Hotel, Military Hill, St. Lukes, Cork for our Speeddating events. We are obviously very happy with the venue and so are our clients. Since September of 2007 after a break of 18 months we decided to run events every second Sunday and it has been a great success so far with the odd exception. We are still learning the business but improving with every event.

The Ambassador Hotel was definitely a great choice. The Alexandra Suite is very classy with its own private bar, plenty of room and with loads of privacy etc. The bar staff are very friendly and efficient and the whole experience makes for a very professional night.

We hope to stay there for the foreseeable future

Directions to the Ambassador Hotel.

Drive past the Metropole on McCurtain Street and stay on the left hand lane. At the traffic lights opposite Leisureplex (formerly known as the Coliseum) turn left up Summerhill. Half way up the hill you will come to St.Lukes cross roads where you will see a protestant church on the right and a number of pubs including Henchys. Turn left here. Drive over the brow of the hill and you will see a big impressive building on the right. This is St. Patricks Hospital & Marymount Hospice. Turn right here up Military hill. The hotel, which is a big red bricked building, is situated half way up the hill on the right hand side of the road.
